I used Lightwave to render the aircraft model onto the background and Photoshop CS3 to add a little shine and other details.

I thought that during the flight a little propeller on the nose of ALQ-99 must rotate. no?

You're right they should rotate as they form part of the ram air turbine system. :)

Call it artistic license or to put it another way I forgot ;)
